  • KicksExpress is in no way affiliated with Nike, Gucci, Burberry, Louis Vuitton, Timberland, Jacob and Co. or any of the authentic manufacturers. To purchase authentic products visit their respective websites or authorized retailers.
  • Although our products are comparable in style to the original name brands, we DO NOT represent them to be original, nor do we represent that they are exact copies. We simply ask consumers to compare the price along with style and quality to the above-mentioned name brands. Any reference to brand names or "compare to" are made strictly for comparison purposes 
  • All items are factory variants and custom altered. These are items that are made in unreleased and unique colors. All shoes are made with equivalently high quality standards. All items are in brand new, dead stock condition.

    Stock Availability 

  • All items are subject to availability. There is limited stock for each item. When an item goes out of stock at the time the order is placed, normally it will be replenished in a week.

A special note on shoe size.

 

  • We reserve the right to automatically pick half a size bigger without notice when the exact size you order is unavailable. Half a size represents only 1/8 inches difference.
  • Bape shoes run half to one size smaller than the true size. All sizes larger than 10 may run half a size smaller.

Ordering and Shipping

 

  • All orders are processed in China only after we receive your payment in full.
  • Processing takes 2-3 business days. In some cases the processing time may take longer. If we are unable to get the style, color or size in 3 business days, we will send you an email about it, and you can choose to either wait longer, change to another item or let us refund you on that item in full. Shipping takes 5-7 business days. In total, it will take 7 to 15days from placing your order to getting your merchandise.
  • Although you can let us check stock availability on an item, we will not reserve the stock for you. Processing starts only after payment received.
  • Items are shipped using EMS(USPS), TNT, DHL or UPS. The choice is at our discretion. Tracking number information will be forwarded to you in a timely fashion via email.
  • We are not responsible if customs charge on your item, if any. Neither are we responsible for items being seized by customs.
  • Customers are responsible for making arrangements to ensure receipt of the delivery. We are not responsible for returned shipment due to customer negligence.
  • Shipping/handling charge applies on per item basis. For wholesale orders the quotation includes all costs.

Becoming A Customer

 

  •  To make purchase, you need to create an account on our website with your name, email and ship-to address only. It is for your convenience to track your open order status. Creating an account takes 1 minute only. We will NEVER misuse your information for purposes other than communicating with you about your order.
  •  You MUST provide valid email address, and you are responsible for checking your email regularly, making sure it's not blocking our emails, or over quota to receive new emails.

Return Policy

 

  •  We have a strict order processing and shipping system, and we are fully confident of it. But if you still think you have received a wrong item or size, digital pictures of the shoes and the size tags are required as evidence for us to investigate.
  • We are, however, not responsible for complaints about shoes already worn. We also reserve the rights to ship half size bigger shoes without notice, as mentioned above in "a special note on shoe size".
  •  We will not exchange items for unacceptable reasons such as size does not fit, colors of the shoes are darker/lighter than pictured, or shoes had minor color differences from the picture.
  •  You are responsible for the cost of shipping the items back for an exchange.
